This is is an exercise covering a chord progression in the key of D that covers most of the common chords in the key (including 6-, 2-, and 3-). It is great for building speed and dexterity. All or parts of it can be adapted as you see fit to form your own licks and runs. Really good for building right hand technique, regardless of blocking methods employed.  Also included is a Scale sheet.
